Male and female infertility factors

My husband and I never imagined that we would have trouble conceiving.  Yet, as we tried month after month with no result, we began to turn to both western and eastern medicine for help.  Acupuncture played a key role in helping us conceive and support our baby.  It worked on our spiritual, emotional and physical planes as we traveled down the path of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

During the early days of ART, Stephanie used acupuncture and herbs to help me regulate my cycle, increase the production of eggs and to help increase the production of healthy sperm for my husband. As we progressed along the path of in vitro fertilization, acupuncture helped to reduce the side effects of the medications (most notably the nausea) and to ensure adequate blood supply to the uterus to support the embryos once they had been transferred. I continued to see her in the early months of the pregnancy and am sure that acupuncture is responsible for minimizing my nausea, back pain and fatigue associated with the first and second trimesters!

Acupuncture also increased our spiritual and emotional well being. It provided an opportunity for meditation, relaxation and to be connected with our bodies and the universe. Stephanie herself was an invaluable source of support and wisdom.

We are now in the last month of pregnancy and we rejoice and give thanks that our two year journey is coming to fruition.
I would recommend Stephanie to anyone in need of assistance for fertility and conception.
