After seven years of trying to become pregnant, in 2006 I was able to conceive and give birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl thanks to the help of IVF and acupuncture. To promote fertility and prepare my body for pregnancy, I had weekly acupuncture sessions for about six months prior to beginning fertility treatments.

After I conceived on our first IVF cycle, I used acupuncture twice weekly during my first trimester to help prevent miscarriage and to support the pregnancy.

The combination of Stephanie's support and her gentle approach to using acupuncture needles really made me a believer in the use of acupuncture. I also found acupuncture helped reduced my stress and anxiety while going through such an emotional and difficult process.
